The Metropolitan chair is design to be a versatile dining chair for the dinner table at home where endless hours of conversations come together or in the office and restaurant. Designed with an adjustable scissor strap base for re-tensioning over time. The Metropolitan chair design is a firm Dark Horse classic.
Designer Notes:
The Metropolitan chair was one of our first dining chair designs. With Levis HQ in Cape Town being the first commercial client to put the piece into a space. The refined and sophisticated details are well balanced with the simplicity and timelessness we wanted to create with the design. The scissor tension base is a signature feature of this chair
